I flew to Seattle just to attend Sakura Con for 5 days. I stayed at Hyatt Olive 8 and bought the room for myself. Even though I spent 95% of the time by myself at the con I still had a lot of fun. Weird shit happened to me after the con was over on Sunday. My bank blocked my card and I had spent all my paper money so I starved that day and no way to contact my bank. Monday my card was unblocked and everything was ok and I was ready to fly back home early that afternoon. For some reason I heard my name called at the gate and the airline guy told me they would bump me to another flight for $300 airfare credit so I said yes. I bought another hotel room and went back to Seattle to mess around. The next day the flight was kinda empty and I had a whole row of seats to myself and turned it into my own bed.
Flying back from Japan the plane broke down and I got a $400 airfare credit/free airline ticket which is being used to go to A-Kon. Now I got another sorta free airline ticket so I'm looking where else I feel like going to. I fly 2 times and get these two free things.
For Anime Expo I'm taking Amtrak and I will be in a sleeper car/mini bedroom thing which are super cosy.
I'm unemployed lmao. I want a dishwashing job. I draw and make stuff in Photoshop and Illustrator all the time. -- I love to travel. It makes me happy. -- I attend anime conventions. Almost always alone because none of my friends can afford to go with me. So I make new friends at the cons I go to. -- I like to cook and I like my beer.
